1. Introduction and Applicability

PU9 (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider operating through the pu9.biz website and its associated mobile applications. These Terms and Conditions apply to all members registered on the PU9 website and app.

The terms "user" or "member" in this document refer to any individual who has registered on or is using PU9's services. PU9 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate
• Each individual may only register one account
• Account registration details must not be shared with anyone else

PU9 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for identity verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Accounts created with false information will be terminated immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact PU9 support immediately.

3. Betting Rules

PU9 offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming services. Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets:

If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded. However, if a match is abandoned mid-way and an official result has been declared, that result will stand as final.

If PU9 detects unusual patterns or suspicious activity on any bet, it reserves the right to void or review that bet. Participation in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure.

4. Payment and Transaction Policy

PU9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Key payment rules are outlined below:

• The mobile number used for deposits must match the number registered on the account.
• Minimum deposit: ৳300. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. Pending verification may result in payment delays.
• Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, PU9 reserves the right to make the necessary correction.
• In cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions, PU9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts will not be accepted. Payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

PU9 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Please review the general terms below before using any of these offers:

• Wagering requirement: A specified amount of betting is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated separately.
• Validity: Bonuses must be used within a specified period after being credited. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple accounts: If multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method are used to claim bonuses, all bonuses will be voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to profit from low-risk betting strategies using bonuses (such as betting on both sides) may result in the bonus being voided.
• Changes: PU9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members registering for the first time. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6. Responsible Gaming

PU9 is committed to promoting responsible betting. Betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We care about the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for 6 months or 1 year
• Cooling-Off: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Reality Check: Receive session-time reminders at regular intervals

7. Account Closure and Suspension

PU9 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• For any breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Creating an account using a false identity or misleading information
• For operating multiple accounts
• Use of betting software or bots
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority

To close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance (excluding bonuses) before the account is closed.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the PU9 website and app — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is protected under PU9's intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

You may access PU9's services for personal use only. Redistributing, scraping, or reverse engineering any part of these services is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

PU9 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet connection issue
• If a transaction is disrupted due to a third-party technical failure
• Unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your account password
• For financial losses resulting from betting (betting always carries risk)

Under any circumstances, PU9's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in that calendar month.

10. Policy on Rule Changes

PU9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
